What happens after you purchase a voucher:

Alternatively, you can us and request a copy of your Gift Voucher.

- Purchases will be deducted from the voucher amount until the Rand value reaches zero.
- If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by cash, debit, or credit card.
- Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to transactions after expiry.
- Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorized activity, immediately report this to Asteria Jewellery.
- Asteria Jewellery reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action, including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
